Televisions 27" & smaller, VCR, TV/VCR Combos, TV/VCR/DVD Combos, VCR/DVD Combos, DVD Players, CD Players,Portable DVD Players, Microwaves, and Stereo/Home Theater Equipment
If the cost of repairs is less than $150.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repair is over $150.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge a $40.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.

Televisions 30" - 40", Camcorders, Dual Deck VCR, 8mm VCR, LCD (20" and smaller), and Commercial Units
If the cost of repairs is less than $250.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repair is over $250.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge a $40.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.

Projection TV, DLP TV, Plasma TV & LCD (21" to 37")
If the cost of repairs is less than $300.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repairs is over $300.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge you a $40.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.

LCD & Plasma (40" & above)
If the cost of repairs is less than $300.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repairs is over $300.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge you a $80.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.
