Televisions 26" & smaller, VCR, TV/VCR Combos 13" & smaller, and Microwaves
If the cost of repairs is less than $100.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repair is over $100.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge a $20.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.

Televisions 27", DVD, CD, TV/VCR Combos 19" & larger, and Audio Equipment
If the cost of repairs is less than $150.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repair is over $150.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge a $20.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.

Televisions 30" & larger, Projection TV, Camcorders, Dual Deck VCR, and Commercial Units
If the cost of repairs is less than $200.00, we will repair the unit. If the cost of repair is over $200.00, we will call you first with an estimate. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, we will charge a $40.00 diagnostic fee, which we require as a deposit that will be deducted from your total repair bill.
